Thanks for being a part of Skemanon.  After all these years I didn't expect people to still be interested in a site like this.  I have kept it around mostly for archival reasons and because I worked very hard on it back in the days when I had that kind of time. 

Skemanon is a reminder of something I accomplished and a record of what I learned in creating this network.  Aside from that, I never made a profit and it was never about money, I just wanted a place to share my digital art and express my creativity.  Unfortunately I'm not able to keep up with it in the way that I once did and I'm sorry for that but my life has taken a different path for now and I'm not able to keep on top of moderating things.  I'm thrilled to see people wanting to do the things here that I once enjoyed and I'd like to know how I can make that easier for users.  

I worry if I remove moderation that things could be posted that members feel are not appropriate or spam.  I no longer have active moderators who feel comfortable with the admin panels.  I appreciate that Connie has got in touch with me through facebook when she sees things that need to be approved but that also can be days where I am not on facebook.  Since this site is not phone friendly I don't have convenient access and I must have the time to sneak off to my room and log in through my dusty old desktop.

We have been in our new apartment for about a month and a week and are still in the process of selling our home, then the process of buying a new home and then another move.  From there I don't know what the good Lord has in store for me but I will do my best to help make this site work for those who wish to use it.
