To change the network layout click on Manage>>Appearance>> then scroll down and look for the advanced tab. Vary much the same as changing your profile.

Depending on the layout you may need to add coding for full site layouts. If you need any code bits just ask. :)

Just give me a screen shot of the area you are looking to do from this site or yours and I'll work on the bits.

I just checked the whole layout in Chrome and in IE and it is working in both. I have a feeling you are in IE and you need to click on or off of the browser compatibility.

Yep you have to make them subtabs, there is a box to check off and then you drag it beneath the tab you want it under.
