I was working on a skinny layout generator so I didn't get a chance to look into it.

From what it seems you are getting to this step and then have trouble.

Here you want to click file url AND Insert into post. it should automatically add it.

You do not have to hit save changes.

I am not sure what the flock browser is, so it could be a browser issue. Please try it in firefox and let's see what happens.
