This will align your navbar, just make sure the borders are the same as "this" border properties except transparent:

}

This is for the ad at the bottom:

This adds a scrollbar to the editor so that people can get to the HTML button on sites that still use the new text editor.

Perfection! That scroll bar is to get to the HTML button which is all the way to the right. It was requested by a site that uses the other version of the editor and needs to hit the HTML button to leave image comments.

For the comment area there is usually a row of buttons on the text editor... under the smilies button. Nothing there today.
