What a glorious Sunday day we are having today .The temp is only 27 but we have sunshine which makes it feel even warmer. Hubby and I had such a special day yesterday for part of the family came over for the day and we all had such an enjoyable time. Do have a very pleasant Sunday . Smiles Gloria

Just went out with my friend for breakfast at our friendly cafe and people were talking about the 40 to 60 mile in hour winds later on this afternoon. Wow I better stay in doors or I will blow away. We have a high temp of 36 above so it should rain and not snow, we shall see. This is a good day to get a book in hand along with a cup of coffee. What a glorious spring day we are having up north. It is only 34 this morning but we do have the sun shining and the birds singing their songs , which warms my heart. A friend just called to go out for coffee and run afew errands. Such a joy it is when ever I can be together with a friend and chit chat about anything and just smile, giggle and laugh . Looking forward to walk around our yard later on and see what else is popping out of the flowerbeds to tickle my inners and put a smile on my face once more. My My spring is so glorious. Burrr we are 27 above so far today. Where is my sweater? Hubby and I were blessed to have part of the family home for Easter Sunday. Now today I I am thinking of all the memories that were made and it warms my heart. My goodness loads of food left over from yesterday so do not need to think about making any thing today or even tomorrow. Seems like I always make way to much when family comes . A pleasant afternoon to you. We are having a wonderful rain shower today. The rain is coming down ever so nicely. Its been a day of reading another chapter in a book while listening to the rain drops coming down. A few daffodils are showing their yellow colors and more are trying to to do the same with different colors. It is so much fun seeing more and more flowers popping out of the flower beds, each day. A glorious day to you. We are having a wonderful sunny day. The temp is 27 at the moment so it is a little chilly this morning. I am enjoying some pumpkin spice flavored coffee to keep me warm all over and of course a warm sweater around my shoulders. Hubby and I are so excited for tomorrow is the day our oldest son and daughter in law bring their adoptive son ( our precious grandson of 5 months)before the judge and this ever so precious grandson will have our sons last name forever and forever. It has taken a very long time to get to this point and we are all, family and friends, praising and thanking the beloved Lord for this precious adorable child that has come into our family. Please, please pray that all goes well tomorrow Wed the 18 at 1 pm and the adoption goes through smoothy. Our son will have many questions asked of him and also our daughter by the judge and ect. They are so nervous and so emotionally excited ,please pray that they will be calm and at peace through all what needs to be done before the signing can start and then finalize the adoption. So thrilled that Hubby and I can be present. Afterwards we are going to have a party at our home and also on Sat at their home for the rest of the family and friends to come and celebrate and hold, hug and just love this precious son to bits. Such joy I have in my heart just writing this to you. Thank you for the prayers. Smiles of Joy Gloria

What a glorious day. Yesterday went by smoothly and the adoption is now finalized , Praise and Thanks To the Lord Almighty. A very special party will be had by all on Sat at Christopher's home with Mommie and Daddy along with family and friends. Thank you so much for your prayers. We were blessed for the judge did allowed pictures taken with him in them ,afterwards, which doesn't always happen. Treasured , treasured pictures for sure.Blessings were poured forth on our family yesterday, for sure. Praise and Thanks , we are rejoicing --Smiles Gloria

I am a humming singing mood. Oh what a glorious morning . Oh what a glorious day. Oh what a glorious feeling for I am happy today. It is 46 above and the sun is shining and the grass is growing. Watch out hubby for I am in a silly mood today. I am enjoying some pumpkin cinnamon flavored coffee while I chit chat a bit . Once a month 7 of us friends try and meet at our friendly cafe in town for lunch and today is that day. Always a treasure to be with friends , sharing thoughts and smiling and even giggle. And of course we must have up date grandchildren pictures for all to see. Have a pleasant day what ever you are going to be doing and smile ,its a beautiful wrinkle the Lord has given us.

A wonderful morning to you. Hope you have a very pleasant week. I am enjoying some punkin flavored coffee to keep me warm . It is 41 for the temp so I need to find my sweater also. We are to be into the 70's sometime today which sounds a bit warmer. We can still get frost even into the first of June . So for the vegetable garden people they play the guessing game to plant now or wait. Love these seasons of spring and summer. It isn't going to rain today but for the rest of the week we are to have rain and thunderstorms. We shall see for we truly do need the rain to fall. Wow my coffee cup is almost empty, must do something about this situation instantly.

Burrrrrrrrrrrrr it is 37 degrees this morning. We have had frost warning now for the past few nights. Happy to see that it is going to change after today for some warmer temps. Brewing up some morning glory flavored coffee. Hubby and I have been having a wonderful time this past week visiting family and family visiting us. Pictures have been taken and memories have been made. Our one daughter even helped me do some painting that I wanted to have done some time this summer and now it is done. So happy!! A friend and I are planning on going out for breakfast this morning and run a few errands also. Such a treasure being with a friend whenever a person can, Have a very pleasant day and I will do the same up north. Need to find my favorite coffee cup and fill it up for I think the coffee is done brewing. Sure smells good. Take Care. Smiles Gloria

What a beautiful day we are having up north. 66 for the temp this morning and later on into the 80's. The sun is shining and the birds are busy making their music.Made up some coconut favored coffee for the day and also some ice tea in the frig for later on when the temps get warmer. Planning on meeting with a friend later this morning at our friendly little cafe. BURRRRRRR it is 55 for the temp this morning. So back to wearing warmer clothing for afew days. I am warming my inners with some coconut flavored coffee. Happy to see the sun shining for it does warm you up .This morning a friend and I have some errands to do and of course will stop off at our friendly cafe for a bit to eat and coffee. These cool days are going to be good days to take down all the curtains in the home and wash them and clean the windows. Gee I bet you have done your spring cleaning already. For some reason I 've been quite lazy with it and now it is showing so I'll do one window at at time and before I know it they will be all clean and the curtains will be back up nice and clean once more.

I have so many things I would like to do today that are rolling in my mind but for now I am enjoying my first cup of coffee and chit chatting abit here. I pressed the button to do the washing of clothes so that duty is in progress. Wow remember the days how wash day really was like the wringer washer and hanging out the clothes and ironing and etc. Now those were the days.
