Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it is 17 below this Wed morning. I am truly enjoying my chocolate orange flavored coffee to help me feel warmer . The sun is with us which is pleasant site to see.I must say no need to run errands today. I will kindly wait to do that tomorrow when it is warmer. In the mean time, it is another nice day to snuggle down with a good book. With all the reading I have been doing these past days I will need to make another trip to our friendly library soon.

Hello! Hope this message finds you well. :) Sorry I have not kept up with you, been spending time with our new baby boy and loving every minute. He was born January 8th at 5:03 am. He was 8lbs. 4oz. and 19.5 inches long.

A glorious day to you. My goodness this week has gone by fast. Must remember to change the clocks ahead sat. night . It is so beautiful outside today. The snow is so white and more is to fall for this evening and all day tomorrow. Goody, goody I am so tickled and cant wait to see the snow once more come down and give me such joy within my heart.

When the children were young hubby and the children would make an ice skating rink in the backyard the first of the year. The neighborhood children would come also to enjoy in the fun. Such treasured memories. I even put on my old skates one time and went out on the ice when I thought no one was around. One of the children saw me though and before I knew it all were watching me . They where so surprised that Mom could even skate. My goodness, in my childhood days we would be skating every time we could get a chance to do so.

Hope your weekend will be a pleasant one for you and maybe you will have some time to even pamper yourself in some way. For me I have several books I picked up from our friendly library a few days so I will be reading while sipping on some flavored coffee. Enjoy sharing your smiles . Smiles Gloria

Good day to you. Hope your day has been pleasant to you so far. I am brewing up the last of my butterfinger flavored coffee this morning. I truly do pamper myself with these flavored coffee blends. What a glorious day for today is the day 7 of us friends are going to have lunch at our friendly little cafe. We try and do this at least once a month but lately these months are just flying by so fast that it has been quite sometime since we have gathered together to chit chat and just smile, giggle and talk about this and that. IT goes fast but we enjoy every moment of the time we are together sharing grandchildren pictures. stories and etc. Have a very nice Tuesday day what ever you are doing for this day is all yours , so smile and enjoy it. I so do love my smile wrinkles that I have on my face because of years of smiling and giggling just loving life whatever it brings me with its ups and downs. Burrrrrrrrrr we are still at 8 below this morning but the sun is shining which is always a treat. Brewed up some banana cream flavored coffee for the day and my is it every warming me up and making me feel ever so special. Would like to run afew errands but think I will wait until tomorrow for it is to be warmer. Then again I just may adventure out this afternoon. Think this is another nice day to make up some more chili or some cheese broccoli or put a nice roast in the oven.

My goodness this day is going by so fast. We are actually at 75 and loving it. Blessed having a bit of rain this morning so the air is fresh and the birds are singing their songs.

A glorious day to you. Hope your week has been a very nice one so far and your enjoying your days. Went to a birthday party for our grandson's last weekend and had such a great time. Cant believe our oldest grandson is now 11 years old. And of course I am 30 , Ha Ha. Time surely flies by fast and hubby and I are enjoying every minute of it what ever the day gives us. So happy that we did get the lawn mowed on Monday and with all the rain we have been having from yesterday and today we more than likely will be mowing the yard on Sat. if it doesn't rain some more.

Sipping on some banana cream flavored coffee and is it ever going down nicely. I can always find little things to make my day even more special and will put a smile on my face. Wow it is quite cool out this morning being at 48. Gee hope it will at least get into the 60's later on in the day. Found a really neat recipe yesterday making chicken and dumpling in the slow cooker that I need to share. Think this will be reading a book day or start to write in the backs of pictures I received from snapfish last week and still haven't written on so I can put them in the photo books and update frames around the home. Just made up some coconut cream flavored coffee and thought I would just come over a chat a bit. Washing clothes or rather I pushed the button for the machine to do it all for me. Gee remember the wringer washing machines, now those were the days.

Later on today Hubby and I are heading over to visit our oldest son's family for the day. Cant wait to have fun with the grandsons. Now thats a great way to spend a glorious summer day in my eyes.
