My goodness this day is going by so fast. We are actually at 75 and loving it. Blessed having a bit of rain this morning so the air is fresh and the birds are singing their songs.
So excited for a couple of the grandsons and Mommie are coming over for a visit tomorrow afternoon. I have a smile on my face just thinking about it. Hope your day is being nice to you and your having a pleasant day. Summer is here and I am loving it. Smiles Gloria

Stopped at our friendly library and got a few books to read while I am outside watching the birds and the squirrels do their thing. Summer is finally here and I am going to enjoy every moment of it. Watching for sales on the heavy duty paper plates and etc for picnic lunches . I must get prepared for up north this season comes and goes fast. A glorious day to you. Hope your week has been a very nice one so far and your enjoying your days. Went to a birthday party for our grandson's last weekend and had such a great time. Cant believe our oldest grandson is now 11 years old. And of course I am 30 , Ha Ha. Time surely flies by fast and hubby and I are enjoying every minute of it what ever the day gives us. So happy that we did get the lawn mowed on Monday and with all the rain we have been having from yesterday and today we more than likely will be mowing the yard on Sat. if it doesn't rain some more.
Sipping on some banana cream flavored coffee and is it ever going down nicely. I can always find little things to make my day even more special and will put a smile on my face. Wow it is quite cool out this morning being at 48. Gee hope it will at least get into the 60's later on in the day. Found a really neat recipe yesterday making chicken and dumpling in the slow cooker that I need to share. Think this will be reading a book day or start to write in the backs of pictures I received from snapfish last week and still haven't written on so I can put them in the photo books and update frames around the home. Hope your Saturday has been nice to you . For me I was a busy gal cleaning up some of the flower beds. I truly do believe I need to down size some of these beds once more. Love flowers but weeding is another story . The daisies are coming out which is always such a treat to see and enjoy. I spent most of the day out of doors and it was heavenly. Just made up some coconut cream flavored coffee and thought I would just come over a chat a bit. Washing clothes or rather I pushed the button for the machine to do it all for me. Gee remember the wringer washing machines, now those were the days.
Later on today Hubby and I are heading over to visit our oldest son's family for the day. Cant wait to have fun with the grandsons. Now thats a great way to spend a glorious summer day in my eyes. Ang, I skipped by there Friday night to look at a layout WT had posted on FB wanting a name for. That is the first time I have been there in a month or more. Just out of it I guess. Glanced at the comments/notes and commented to B in a couple of his notes. Sad. Time is flying by. I know you are enjoying the little one. Such precious times. I so miss having a little one!
Yes I noticed it was abandoned. Well I do love the new job. It's a big step up for me and a big change. Best part though besides having my own office is having my own pc with no filters/blocks and no one else uses it soooooooooooo that's why I'm able to check skem more now. I'm trying to work my way back to being more active, but I'm still lost with many changes. How's the baby doing?
