I don't know if you already are or not, but if you are then you just sign in and you go to add new on the left hand side and that is where you will do the tutorial that Ange most likely sent you which is putting the name on the top. Scroll down and make sure under the Article Template section the Layout Template is chosen which should be the very last one. That will put this coding in the body of the blog section that will have your layout preview properly. Under Custom Field Template you leave it where it says submit layout and click load. Choose the type of layout you are posting and then plug in all the info it asks for. Designer Comments section is for those extra things you wan to mention like credits to the artist or your rules for using your layout. You don't have to fill it out. That one is optional. Make sure you keep a link to your preview pic in the Excerpt section as well or it won't show up. Then choose all the categories on the right hand side that describes the kind of layout you are posting. Make sure to preview so you keep checking to see if it's coming up right and publish when done. It sounds confusing, but it's really not. Just take your time going through it step by step.
