Me and Hubby have decided to try to quit smoking. We are figuring out a stop date which will be here in the next couple of days. I have tried to quit before and made it 3 weeks but was also very sick those 3 weeks so it wasn't as hard. I really need to succeed at this not only because smoking has become so expensive but because of my health and it would really be nice to be able to smell and taste and be able to breathe better. And anybody who knows me knows how much I love my coffee and that will probably have to be cut down or out on since it goes hand in hand with my smoking. I know .. One addiction at a time would probably be best but when I drink my coffee I ALWAYS HAVE to have a cigarette with it so in this case I think maybe quitting both would be the better choice. I know this is NOT gonna be easy. Any encouragement or pointers from those who have quit would be nice. I'm open for suggestions.
