Glitter and Sparkles tut

Angela had mentioned to me about posting some instructions for how I make glitter and add sparkles to images/layouts. If anyone is interested let me know and I will be glad to pass it on:}

Kathy, You will have to put individual sparkles on each copy of the image ...you will have to put the sparkles at different locations on the copies of the image so that when the image is animated your sparkles show at random locations on the image. Each sparkle has to be added individually for each copy of the image. It can be time consuming.
