YES! Here are the guidelines.

No Copyrighted Material without Use Permission.
- I find it important to ask an artist if you can use their work, so long as they are alive and well of course.
- There is lots of great art and friendly artists at deviantart.com. Just send them an email requesting permission to use their work!
- There are some free scrap kit links available that Jackie has been sweet enough to share with us!
- With a photo program you can make your own!

- Please post them according to their terms of use. Usually they want you to add a link to their site and leave their signature on the image.
