I just ran a test upload using the attachments and it came out different.

I am trying in a test group. This is what the screen looks like for me.

I added the .css file to the attach files area and this is how it looks for me.

They would be better as separate discussions so you can use tags and stuff I think.

Should I make a tutorial how to post or just let the creators do it however they feel comfortable?

Yes, I like it as a discussion best, easier to find things if tags are used.
