Layer Styles...

I came across this site a long time ago, I really like their styles! There isn't many, but they give off some neat effects. They also offer free backgrounds that PSP users can download as well, and some other odds and ends. And the best part is, you can use them for personal use or even commercially!

Ever wanted a great blood style? I use this a lot, mostly for my font. They also look pretty awesome when you use it with splatter brushes:)

Actions...

Here's a site that offers some nice PS Actions for your text. Most of these are free but you will come across some (not many though) that are for pay. They also offer a handful of actions for photos. I REALLY like the Magic Skin!

Fonts...

I stumbled across this website that I thought has some pretty cool fonts. The Navigation is in a different language, there's some English there but I navigated o.k. with it, I just stared at the top and worked my way down, lol!
