Paint Shop Pro HELP!!

Calling ALL PSP users.

It's been a while since I've tried to make something in PSP. And I also got a new computer a few months back. I need the basic settings, info, so I can attempt to make layouts again. Does anyone have that & be willing to share that with me? I'd really appreciate it!! :o)

I have a feeling these settings can't be correct. From what little I do remember it just doesn't look right. This would come from just trying to resize a pic I took on either my cell ph. or digital camera.

Hmmmm Well, y'all must have a newer version. Mine is XI and I can't get the Aspect Ratio to lock at that 1.6000. And I don't have the sharpness scale, either.
