there is also a site called colourlovers.com that you can make palettes and colorblender.com too :)

ok weird my virus program blocked that site haha,can't even get in there unless i disable my program

Pallette Grabber is similar. It creates Photoshop (or likely whatever you use) pallettes based on web pages.
