I forgot how much time and energy it takes to nurse a newborn. Been sleeping as much as possible. Hope every one is doing well!

He is gorgeous and Gabe looked like he wasn't feeling any pain:} Ladies I am not ignoring the site, lol, I think I am ignoring the world. I am in such a funk. I've had this crud so long I think I have blowed and wiped at least three layers of my nose and I don't know if I ever will quit coughing. So frustrating I just can"t get my mind wrapped around anything.

Connie did you guys get any of the ice that we got yesterday? I forget what part SC that Missie lives in but I know they closed their schools at 10:00 yesterday. Stac just resalted our deck, stepss and the drive to the carport to keep me from killing myself:}

Evens the hospitals here are understaffed because of this crud. Yes, I have taken two separate antibiotics. The first one when I had bronchitis and again a couple of weeks later when I went back again and he said it was a sinus infection. I feel better the last two to three days. Not coughing as much, but still coughing. Especially at night.

Now I have something called a stink bug, researched it and haha we planted butterfly bushes love butterflies not knowing they draw stink bugs then the stink bug comes in the house wanting heat.... errrr I grew herbs in my flower pots instead of wasting money on seasonals and they say herbs will keep them away hum I grew every herb they spoke of so at least I am not infested just a few every single night around my lamp in the office. If you crush them they stink so I wrap them in a paper towel and try to crush them but I feel so bad...Barbara we have so many at church sick most are ok now but one says the same thing your saying... did you do antibotics?

Looks like we all have our hands full! ;) Barbara, glad you are feeling a little better! I've been wrapped up in sweet little Veitz but getting the itch to do some themes. We are going to brave the cold and hunt down a baby swing from the Once Upon a Child store. My rockers need a break. lol (amongst other parts)

I guess I can relate since I am sorta retired... not working outside the home anyways. lol Was too cold to go look for a swing today... -1! Tomorrow it is supposed to be 16 so I'll go then. Very cold up north here.

We're in the 60's two or three days then it the high 20s or 30's for a few days. No wonder I can't get well. We really haven't had winter here.....yet. Last Friday we were in the 20's and had freezing rain and sleet all day. Wednesday, we were under tornado....tornado warnings I say until 2 am the next morning. Thank the Lord all we got were very high winds and some rain, but the tornadoes hit TN and GA hard.

Weather has been weird here too. Hasn't been above 20 in a few days now though, but we did have thunder storms earlier in the week. Scott's parents said there were tornadoes in the Kansas City area too. Really odd weather for January.

Very odd. Although I have enjoyed the not quite freezing weather that us southerners are used to this time of year. But we had a very mild winter last year.
