Remake Green Goddess Dressing.
In the mid-1920s, George Arliss starred in the play The Green Goddess. The
chef at San Francisco's Palace Hotel honoured Arliss by creating a creamy
dressing for a green salad called green goddess. It gained great
popularity, which it still richly deserves.

Note: when i was 7yo i tryed this dressing at a small cafe and loved it!, but i was told this popular dressing from the 1940's to 1960's(or 70) was no longer make(for what reason i don't know), and i been trying to remake it.

Remake Green Goddess Dressing

Makes 2 cup/500 ml
1 2-oz. tin anchovies
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Cover and
refrigerate until needed. Refrigerate for up to 1-2 weeks.

Also great as a dip! Enjoy :-)
