Right on the first metal band I heard was motley crue .
I Love thrash, and death metal, morbid angel was the first death metal band that I heard and got to open up for them in oaklahoma city for them and nile.
My favorites are morbid angel,cannibal corpse,mortitian,six feet under,and hundreds more signed and unsigned.
