It hurts the quality of the image, but on this one, I played around with it, took some extra work and time, but quality loss wasn't as great:}

I'm having lots of issues with the layout I'm currently working on. I'm trying to do a whole new navi menu and it's not appearing correctly in IE only in FF, google chrome and even works in Safari. I'm going nuts!!! If you see my tester page you'll see what I mean. Normally I have FF issues but not the other way around :(
