Yep I can see it on yours and not mine. :P But yes, this one is not styled with a button. Not all networks that would use these layouts have smiles. On other networks this button says "Leave a comment for X" I just put the code for the smilies in that spot instead. :)

It's above the comment wall on a regular page. It doesn't show when you look at your own...
