So enjoying the Christmas season. Gradually getting some goodies made up for when the family comes home for Christmas. It is sooo cold outside today. The wind is really blowing. We are to get freezing rain for later on and I am praying that the temp stays below the 30 mark so it will snow instead. We shall see. Take care! Smiles Gloria

Thanks Ang. Guess it's about time to take it down. Still miss her. Pete, bless his heart, sent me an email last night and said the service Friday was very nice. He is really having a tough time with it. Didn't you say she made the layout on her memorial page? If so could you maybe go in the welcome box and put that the layout was made by Moppy? I think that would be nice.

Congratulations your precious child will soon be born. Our second to the youngest daughter was born on the 22sen of Dec and such a blessed memorial Christmas that was for her three older brothers and Mommie and Daddy. And now she has 5 children. So happy for you AnGella.

I am already excited having family coming home the weekend of the 22second. Next week I will begin the Christmas baking of all the goodies the family love to see when they come home.

And of course I will make up plenty for all to bring some home with them. I am enjoying some peppermint stick flavored coffee for the day that I picked up on sale several weeks back. Snow is on the ground and I am happy. Now I need some snowman snow to come down one of these days. So far it is quite fluffy and perfect to make snow angels.

My goodness what a neato nice day for today hubby and I have two grandsons that turn 1 year old today.

One birthday party is this evening and the other one is tomorrow at noon. We live too far away for the one tonight but close enough for the one for tomorrow. My how the year flew by and many memories of the first year have been made. Grandchildren ,treasures from heaven above. Hubby and I are doing just find as fall is still here and winter tries off and on coming in with snow . Thanksgiving week is coming up, so exciting as family comes home and we gather again , smile is on my face.

Such a nice quite Thursday afternoon that I thought I would chit chat abit as I am listening to music. Hope your day is being pleasant and nice to you. I am quite excited for it looks like for this weekend we shall have snow coming down.

Sorry that I have not been on for quite some time. My dear and precious sister Linda passed away last week . Such precious memories I have of her. My only sister and such a treasured and special sister she was for me and my brothers. Missing her. Life is a treasured gift with all its ups and downs. I am enjoying these precious moments even more today . Hope your days are being nice to you. We received a special treat yesterday, SNOW. It is all gone now in the yard but still on the roof tops. Cant wait to see it come down once again.

Yep. We go back 30 years. Might not see each other for 2-3 years, but when we get together, it's like yesterday.

I'll get it back (I hope). We have an old old friend from Va here this weekend, so having to play hostess and cook a little.

That would be great....when I get started. I am in a blue funk and can't dig my way out. Got just enough of the babies to remind me all over again how much I'm missing. Taking me longer to "get over it" this time. I'll get there. In the comment below yours on my page, I just found it. I told her I thought the problem was that the background was set to scroll and should be fixed....would you look at that for her please? Thanks!!
