Ange, I clicked to this link a friend posted about that would help kids, thinking about the home schooling for your munchkins. But B, when I got there it reminded me of you, lol....the quote. And yes I watched it....and no, algebra still makes no sense to me all these years later. I did pass it in high school, but just barely. Well, that's very static, algebraic problems are dynamic. That problem is just showing the basics of how variables work, though.

I love Khan Academy. I've spent hours at a time on there without even realizing it.

You know how little kids hear something, and then they repeat it for no reason, other than the fact that it's new and amusing to them, but it's really not appropriate to being saying outside of the context in which they originally heard it?

I'm that way with rap lyrics.

Rap away brother:} As far as academia, education and all that, I'm just gonna have to bow to you guys and accept that I'm a worker bee and be happy with that...Since I haven't learned it by this point in my life, it would scare me to death to start now. Kinda like an old friend of ours used to say. He said he'd tried about everything except being homosexual and he'd try that but he was scared he'd like it and realize he had wasted his whole life. You'd have to know him I guess to see the humor there, but, it was hilarious coming from him. ,

I'm about 1:35 into the new Cannibal Corpse album, and if it ended here, I would be satisfied.

Also, new Doug Stanhope CD. It's Roadrunner records' first comedy CD. Roadrunner has a history of being the common denominator in a the suckification of a lot of my favorite bands, hopefully Stanhope doesn't take the same turn.

I'm re-arranging the office. Ever since Scott got a comfy retro 70's orange office chair it's impossible to enter or exit the office without asking him to move so my big ole backside can slide through. It's a strange entrance to a small room, 7.5 x 13. I need to move a bookshelf and a pile of crap that built up next to it. Then I can Move his desk to a friendlier location and hope we can both sit at our desks at the same time. ;) lol

We have a similar situation here, lol. Stac just just usually walks around through the kitchen rather than have me slide up an inch or two. I'm usually so deep into whatever I'm doing I don't evens realize he's got up from the couch.
