It's making a point. XKCD's always spoken out against pseudoscience, this in particular is making fun of the mindset of holistic medicine, while also being a fun little app to see where it takes you.

Of course not. I assumed anyone who clicked it would read the warning

Warning: This allows strangers to direct your browser!
They may send you to pages containing
porn, viruses, or Justin Bieber fanfiction.
At the very least, turn on private browsing.

And decide for themselves whether or not they feel safe in letting it take them somewhere.

I love CodeIgniter, but its pagination library sucks, too.

I looked over the issue tracker on CodeIgniter's github repo and found a few complaints about it. Several, I agree with, so I'm working on it so that it'll work better (for my preferences). I might put in a pull request when I'm done.
