Enchilada Casserole

This is one passed on to me by my father in law. One of my hubby's favs.

1 whole chicken
1 chorizo
16 oz. monterey jack cheese
1 med. onion
1 can of black olives
2 large cans of enchilada sauce
3 dozen corn tortilla's

boil and debone the chicken
cook the chorizo with the onion
shred chicken, mix altogether with cheese and olives
rip up the tortillas in pieces
layer it all together like lasagna cook it at 350
