Ning Classic or Ning Design Studio?

Please , for me as a user of themes ,but do not make them, I would like to have it show on the description of the theme if it is only for classic or only for DS or can be used for both. This would be most helpful.

Cool let me try one on a DS community. Yes good idea on the description here maybe even a tab for just DS so those that are like me and kinda dumb will see it lol.

The generators are running a DS compatible code. All my newer layouts should work on DS. Guess I should add the design studio to the description more often to get on Google. Thanks for the input!

More and more communities are using the DS and those that are new to Ning start off with the DS so I think it time to start adding DS themes here. As you know there are only a few DS theme places and none are on Ning all are limited to their theme work so I am putting my 2 cents in to vote yes so we have options.

wonderful, wonderful, Thanks a million. You are so talented with your themes and I love you all tobits. I am one of these silly people that loves to change my themes often during the year.And boy do I mean often.

Oh , My I would like for you to not switch to the design studio for this site. I love coming here using my many classic themes that I have. The design studio themes are nice but once again there are not a many themes out there to use as there is for the classic , that I experience. So it is wonderful to come here and the classic themes work. Now if you you do code all the themes made in the future as one code to rule them all then that would be nice for then I can use them for either classic or design studio sites that I am on and all would be fantastic in the theme world for us theme users.

Yes, the code I am using now is for both DS and Classic. We have no plans on switching to DS unless Ning forces it.

Shew, glad to hear that, I still don't like DS. I like the old coding much better. Guess it will come in time.

I spent just about an hour w/that new coding and decided it had to wait until the first of the year before I pulled my hair out over it. If KK is having problems with it, I'm doomed. I don't want just a plain layout....defeats the purpose to me.

Thank you Connie. I love playing with the graphics end and the coding after Angella does the original, lol. All the credit for the coding I use belongs to Angella, here and at Skem9. I share the codes w/anyone and tell them it's Angella's code that I have just played with. I can edit basic code, but cannot write any and really don't evens have the time to try to learn.
